Please note that all products offered on this site are digital files only. Because digital items cannot be returned once purchased, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded.

That said, I understand that unique situations may arise. In rare cases where a purchased product requires customization, ring or stone size and the requested change is significant enough to affect the overall appearance of the jewelry, I’ll personally reach out to you. These types of customizations usually take 3–4 business days to prepare. I’ll do my best to find a solution that works for you. If we can’t move forward with the design, you’ll be offered a full refund.
