Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the website. You must not misuse this site (e.g., by hacking, spamming, or distributing malicious software).

Account and Purchases

You may be required to create an account to purchase digital products from Almog3Design. You are responsible for keeping your account information secure and for any activity that occurs under your account.

Once a purchase is completed:

  • .zip file containing your digital product will be automatically available for download.
  • Copy of the file will also be sent to your email for convenience and backup.
  • The ZIP file includes: 3D model files in STL, FBX, and OBJ A technical data sheet with information of the jewellry.
  • License form.

Please ensure your email is entered correctly at checkout. If you do not receive your files within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact me.

All prices are listed in dollars, and payments are processed securely. By purchasing, you agree to the terms outlined in the Digital Products and Licensing section.

Custom Orders

Customized items (e.g., ring or gemstone size) are made to order and may require 3–4 business days for processing. Final files will be emailed. If customization affects the design significantly, you’ll be contacted for confirmation before production.

Royalty-Free License

By purchasing digital products from Almog3Design, you are granted a royalty-free, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the files under the following conditions:

What You May Do:

  • You may use the STL, FBX, and OBJ files for personal or commercial 3D printing.
  • You may sell physical jewelry that you create using my designs.
  • You may use the digital files in digital applications such as animations, visualizations, or computer games.
  • You may share your own photos or renders of the printed product on social media or commercial platforms.
  • You may make modifications to the file only for resizing or printer compatibility.
  • Render package (images and MP4) to promote or list the final physical product on social media or e-commerce platforms.

What You May Not Do:

  • You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, gift, or share the original digital files (STL, FBX, OBJ), whether in original or modified form.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or modify the Render Package itself.
  • You may not claim that the design itself is yours.
  • You may sell or display it in a store or for personal use, but the claim that the design is yours is not valid.
  • You may not use any part of the files or package in NFTs, blockchain projects, or AI.

Ownership and Termination:
All digital products remain my intellectual property. Purchasing a file gives you the right to use it as outlined above, but it does not grant you ownership of the design itself.

Any violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your license. You must delete all copies of the files if your license is revoked.

Disclaimer:
All files are provided “as is.” I do not guarantee compatibility with all software, hardware, or 3D printers. You are responsible for testing the files and ensuring they are suitable for your specific use case.

Refund Policy

Because my products are digital, all sales are final. I do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you encounter a technical issue with your file, please see – Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, models, images, and text on this website are my intellectual property and are protected by copyright and design law. Unauthorized use or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

I am not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use the website or any digital files. Use is at your own risk.

This website may include links to other sites. I am not responsible for the content or practices of those third-party websites.

Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

Any disputes or claims arising from your use of this website or the purchase of digital products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Israel.
